Company Overview : Dedrone is the world's most trusted smart airspace security company. Hundreds of commercial, government and military customers around the world rely on Dedrone's comprehensive, command and control (C2) solution to protect against the persistent and escalating threat from drones while enabling “good” drones to fly. By leveraging AI/ML, Dedrone is the only solution that provides continuous, autonomous interrogation and verification of drones that enables both multi-sensor and multi-mitigation options onto a single fused "pane-of-glass". Whether on-premise / air-gapped or in the cloud, Dedrone customers can easily detect, track, identify, analyze, and mitigate drone threats.

Dedrone is an airspace security company that builds a better future by stopping bad drones and enabling good drones to fly. Dedrone is a fast-paced environment that leverages cutting-edge mathematics and machine learning to solve real-world problems in tracking and fusion.

We are looking for a team member to develop and implement sensor data fusion algorithms for target tracking using various sources, including vision, radar, and RF sensors. In order to do so, you will write and optimize C++ code to help customers worldwide. You will work alongside experts in the field to bring cutting-edge ideas into production, in addition to collaborating with academic partners and industry experts to create state-of-the-art solutions.

    You will…

    • Help customers all over the world be safe from drones by developing and deploying sensor fusion technology.
    • Work in a team setting to develop, evaluate, and implement distributed tracking and fusion algorithms.
    • Use your C++ expertise to develop high-performance data fusion algorithms for target tracking.
    • Staying abreast of the state-of-the-art target tracking and sensor fusion while working with world leading experts and attending conferences.

    You have…

    • A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in C++ with a good understanding of OOP design patterns, data structures (e.g. space-partitioning data structures), and high-performance computing principles.
    • Familiarity with tracking and data fusion concepts, such as, but not limited to, state estimation, probabilistic data association, gating, measurement models, track-to-track fusion, out-of-sequence measurement handling
    • Experience using tracking and fusion algorithms like Kalman filter, particle filters, and joint probabilistic data association filter
    • Have used techniques of linear algebra and probability theory to solve applied real-world problems
    • Experience in working with academic and industry partners in a collaborative and international environment.
    • Proactive problem-solving skills. A willingness to constantly learn and ability to spot and resolve problems in a team setting.

At Dedrone, we believe that great ideas come from anywhere. We support a collaborative environment and value open participation from individuals with different ideas, experiences, and perspectives.
