    SUMMARY

    Indiana Automotive Equipment is looking for an Social Media Coordinator to join our team! We are a fast growing, full line sales and service company for the light and heavy-duty automotive industry, providing quality equipment and service in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, and surrounding states. We sell and service automotive in-ground and above ground lifts, mobile column lifts, fluid pumps, tanks, reels, exhaust removal systems, air compressors, refrigerant dryers, waste oil heaters, wheel service and alignment equipment, detail equipment, and an array of hydraulic equipment.

    We are looking for a creative Social Media Coordinator to elevate our online presence for our company brands. As our Social Media Coordinator, you would be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase our online presence. You must have superior communication skills, have a desire to continuously learn new skills, and identify areas of improvement to increase brand recognition and company success. 

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop, execute, and manage social media marketing strategies for the three company brands, promote new services and products.
    • Develop a presence across various social media channels, creating content tailored to our current and potential clients.
    • Curate creative text, images, and videos to post across social media channels to promote the company.
    • Actively engage in social media posts, respond to comments, facilitate comments, and overall upkeep of social media accounts to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
    • Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggesting areas of improvement based off findings.
    • Stay up to date with social media best practices and conduct market research, identifying innovative opportunities to attract prospective clients and expand brand, like promotions, competitions, and new marketing strategies.
    • Develop and maintain a social media calendar to optimize posting schedule.
    • Define social media KPIs and report to leadership.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
    • 2-4 years' experience in social media marketing or similar position.
    • Proven experience developing successful social media strategies.
    • Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media best practices.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and web traffic metrics.
    • Experience with designing unique content (graphics, videos, and copy) to reach target audience.
    • Ability to forecast marketing trends and technologies
    • Experience conducting market research.
    • Ability to confidently pitch ideas to leadership
    • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
