    Position Description

    This position is responsible for assisting and supporting the Production Team to execute virtual events of the highest quality. It is a fully remote/virtual team member. This position will be responsible for communicating and coordinating with speakers, managing event operations, and conducting administrative tasks to ensure the success of each event that we produce.

    Position Responsibilities

    • Support the Production Team throughout the entire production process.
    • Manage, plan, and coordinate with speakers prior to events.
    • Oversee the logistics and delivery of events including attendee management, speaker/vendor facilitation, chat room interaction, track timing and stay on schedule, and assist with audio/visual production elements. 
    • Ensure continuity and quality assurance for all virtual events.
    • Solve problems with internal and external teams on day of event.
    • Additional duties as assigned.

    Position Requirements

    • Prior experience in production and/or event planning.
    • Extremely organized, precise, and methodical.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
    • Proactive, self-starter who is able to take and give direction as needed. 
    • Ability to assess problems and react with innovative and creative solutions.
    • Skilled at managing multiple projects at once, working well in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
