Job Description

Immigration lawyer is looking for a part time (with the possibility of becoming full time) immigration Paralegal.

Must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in immigration law.

          Job Responsibilities Includes:

• Communication with clients, performing intakes and completing USCIS applications and forms such as but not limited to Adjustment of Status, Asylum, and Work Authorization applications.

·         Communication with courts and USCIS.

·         Prepare statements and affidavits with clients.

• Assist the attorneys with file organization, case preparation including but not limited to submissions to USCIS and Immigration Court.

·         Prepare individual hearing, vawa and adjustment of status package, from the beginning to submission.

·         Must be fluent in English and Hindi Languages.
