Job description:

-Work environment is an in-office location.

• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Collaborate with colleagues and experts to build strong cases
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the field of litigation

Pay rate:

$90- $120/hr - open to negotiation
