    We are in need of Enrichment Teachers who are knowledgeable and can instruct ANY of the following subjects Art Chess Culinary Arts Science Technology Sports We are seeking an energetic and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team! You will be leading a class of students through the school year, assessing their current academic level, and designing instruction to meet students’ collective and individual needs.

    We need a male or female who is passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, and a love for connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Create and follow a comprehensive curriculum

    Teach Toddlers (ages 2-4 years old)

    Assist children with developing social and emotional skills

    Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques (Knowledge of creating age-appropriate Lesson Plans)

    Communicate with parents and other school personnel

    Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental miles

    Interview Requirements 1-2 years of professional experience as a Lead Teacher in a Licensed Child Care Facility

    Completion of twenty-four (24) units of Early Childhood Education (ECE) /Child Development courses (core

    classes)

    Qualifications:

    Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines

    Problem-solving and mediation skills

    Availability Needed and Hours of Work Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm 5 days a week 30-40 hours of work per week

    Education:

    AA (preferred) Early Education/Child Development

    Child CareTeaching Permit

    24 units or more in Early Education and Child Development

    1-2 years as a Lead Teacher in a Licensed Child Care Facility

    License/Certification:

    Driver's License /or Identification Card (Required)

    Pre-employment Tuberculosis and Live Scan screenings required

    Mandatory CPR and First Aid Certifications. Ability to perform CPR and first aid

    Special Note: Starting pay is based on Education and experience
