    Job Summary

    We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. You will perform a range of duties including but not limited to; answering phone calls, maintaining the office communications between guests and therapists. Assisting guests with the check in and check out process to ensure all appropriate paperwork is completed. Provide support and resources to staff. Assist with phone calls, scheduling appointments, cash handling and facility cleanliness. Office cleaning and sanitizing. Answering emails and producing emails. Social media posts.

    Your central goal is to provide our clients with outstanding customer service and support. As the ‘face’ of our company, the successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills. You should have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Responsibilities

    Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience

    Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

    Cash handling and processing payments

    Monitor and collect members payments

    Social media story postings

    Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms

    Maintain a clean and inviting environment

    Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services

    Answer client emails/ send emails

    Operate recovery machines such as Cryotherapy and Compression Therapy in a safe manor

    Qualifications

    Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred

    Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service

    Strong work ethic and positive attitude

    Familiar with computers and scheduling software

    Excellent multi-tasking skills
