    Requirements

    • The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working on liability management transactions, secured and unsecured debt financing, special situations, distressed M&A, and debt restructuring, including experience in exchange and consent offers, backstop arrangements, rights offerings, and exit financings.
    • Admitted to the New York Bar.
    • Excellent credentials.
    • Salary Expectations: $215,000 to $415,000 depending upon class year.
