AM Law 100 Firm's New York office is seeking Associates to join its corporate practice.

Requirements

• Experience: The practice is a mix of creditor, debtor, and distressed acquisition work. On the creditor side, high profile, top of the capital structure representations, including representing hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in both chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings. On the debtor side, high profile chapter 11 cases, including cross-border cases, and out of court restructuring.
• 3-8 years of experience required.
• The annual compensation range for this position is between $250,000 and $415,000.
• Possible to also work out the Washington office.
