Requirements

• Experience: Seeking midlevel to senior level associate with 1-7 years of patent prosecution experience in a biotechnology practice, along with an advanced degree, preferably a Ph.D., in a life sciences technology area. Patent bar membership (USPTO Registration Number) is required.
• Between 1 and 7 years of experience.
• For positions in California, the salary wage range for this job posting is $215,000 to $415,000.
