An AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking an Of Counsel Attorney with experience in Class Action, Complex Litigation, and/or Products Liability practice in its San Diego, California office.

Requirements

• Must be able to draft and prepare pleadings and discovery, prepare for, take, and defend depositions, manage document production, argue discovery and other motions, and adept at case management
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills required
• 7+ years of meaningful experience within the products liability, complex litigation, and/or class action areas
• Strong writing, analytical, and communications skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Admission to the California Bar required
• Pursuant to the salary transparency provisions of the Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act, please find the compensation range specific to this role based in the state of California. San Diego, California pay range for this role, with final offer amount depending on experience, is $185,000 - $225,000
