Requirements

• Significant experience leading on diligence and drafting ancillary agreements as well as familiarity with all other aspects of a transaction.
• 2-4 years of M&A experience.
• Admitted to the New York Bar.
• Excellent credentials.
• Salary Expectations: $215,000 to $415,000 depending upon class year.
