Requirements

• Experience: seeking a midlevel associate with three to six years’ experience to join our structured transactions practice. The successful applicant must possess corporate and/or finance transactions experience (background in structured finance and securitization is preferred, but not required).
• 3 to 6 years of experience.
• For positions in New York, the salary wage range for this job posting is $250,000 to $370,000.
