Requirements

• Ideal candidates will have strong M&A skills, including experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal process and client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands and workflow
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school is required
• 4-6 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions
• The expected annual pay range for this position is $290,000 - $400,000.
