AmLaw 100 Firm is seeking a Finance Associate (Senior Level) for its secured finance group in their New York office.

Requirements:

• 6 to 8 years of experience of sophisticated secure lending and other debt finance transactions, including leveraged finance, cash flow and asset-based loans, acquisition finance, debt restructuring, and/or equipment finance.

• Salary range: $300,000 to $400,000.
