Requirements

• Experience: Seeking a midlevel associate with 3-6 years of large law firm experience to join our ERISA litigation practice. The successful applicant must possess experience in defending ERISA class action litigation, possess academic credentials and strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and be an active member of the Pennsylvania bar or the state for which you are applying. This position may be resident in any of our US offices.
• 3 to 6 years of experience.
• For positions in NY/CA, the salary wage range for this job posting is $215,000 to $415,000.
