AM Law 100 Firm's San Diego office is seeking associates to join its litigation practice.

          Requirements

• Experience: Our ideal candidate will have three to five years of broad experience and sophistication in both employment litigation and employment counseling, with developing expertise in California employment law and complex litigation practice, including class and representative actions. Specifically, we are looking for candidates with experience in case development, legal research and writing, all aspects of discovery, witness interviews or investigations, and brief writing. Qualified candidates should have strong academic credentials, exceptional communication and legal writing skills, a high level of motivation and initiative, and a strong work ethic. Current admittance to the California bar required. EOE.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• The expected annual pay range for this position is $250,000 - $345,000.
