Requirements

• Pre-trial litigation experience (drafting pleadings, filing motions, taking depositions, etc.)
• 1-5 years post-law school experience
• Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline (e.g., civil engineering) preferred
• Competitive market compensation commensurate with experience level
• Licensed to practice law in both PA and NJ preferred
