An AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with experience in Commercial, Complex Litigation, and/or Products Liability practice in its Huntington, WV office.

Requirements

• Must be well-versed in taking and defending depositions and have prior experience in drafting dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills required
• 2-4 years of meaningful experience within the products liability, complex litigation, and/or commercial litigation areas
• Strong writing, analytical, and communications skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Admission to the West Virginia Bar preferred
