          Requirements

• Experience: Seeking to hire a highly qualified midlevel associate with large law firm experience and excellent academic credentials to join the Corporate - Capital Markets and Public Companies practice in our New York, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Boston, Pittsburgh or Washington, DC offices. The successful applicant must have experience relevant to advising publicly traded companies with respect to securities offerings (debt and equity), federal securities laws, stock exchange, Sarbanes Oxley Act, Dodd-Frank Act regulatory and compliance matters, and corporate governance matters. New York bar membership desired.
• Between 4 and 7 years of experience.
• For positions in NY/CA, the salary wage range for this job posting is $215,000 to $415,000.
