Requirements

• Portable business of $1MM + required
• Experienced in mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters, providing strategic advice to companies, private equity funds, and venture capital funds
• 10-15 years of meaningful corporate/transactional experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and communications skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Admitted to the New York Bar, or admitted to the bar of the state of the office you will be practicing out of
