AM Law 100 Firm's Nothern Virginia office is seeking associates to join its Life Sciences (Transactions) practice.

           Requirements

• Experience: seeking a junior to mid-level transactional associate to join our Life Sciences Licensing and Commercial Transactions practice. Successful candidates should have between three and six years of experience. Preference will be given to candidates with substantial experience in licensing, collaboration agreements and commercial transactions, as well as those with expertise in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare industries, but we would be willing to train the right candidate. Applicants must have outstanding writing and analytical skills, top academic credentials and a commitment to excellence. Virginia Bar membership required.
• Between 3 to 6 years of experience.
• Approximate salary between $300,000 and $400,000.
