AM Law 100 firm is seeking a Senior level Finance Associates to join the firm’s secured finance group in Miami.

Requirements,

• Experience: The group represents clients in a variety of sophisticated secured lending and other debt finance transactions, including leveraged finance, cash flow and asset-based loans, acquisition finance, debt restructurings, equipment finance, and related transactions. The group serves a variety of clients, among them financial institutions (including bank and non-bank lenders and investment funds), borrowers, and private equity sponsors. Successful candidates will have 6 to 8 years of substantive law firm experience in one or more of these areas.

• The group does highly sophisticated and diversified work and is committed to providing substantial support and training. Our associates have the opportunity to experience a variety of types of transactions and clients and enjoy substantial opportunity for professional development. • The pay range for this position is between $325,000 - $390,000. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
