Requirements

• Experience: To represent clients in merger clearances, civil litigation, DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations, and criminal enforcement matters. Substantive knowledge of antitrust laws is required. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with enforcement agencies or prior DOJ/FTC government service. Applicants must have strong writing and analytical skills and top academic credentials.
• 3-6 years of experience.
• The annual compensation range for this position is between $250,000 and $400,000.
