AM Law 100 Firm's Princeton office is seeking associates to join its litigation practice.

Requirements

• Experience: Seeking a highly qualified midlevel associate to join our litigation practice in our Princeton office. The ideal candidate will have between three and five years of law firm or government experience in an enforcement/ litigation-based practice and have deposition and oral argument experience. Environmental regulatory and counseling experience is also a plus.
  
  The successful applicant must:

• Have an interest and background in environmental issues, including familiarity with both federal and state environmental law.
• Have experience in prosecuting and/or defending private litigation and public agency lawsuits and enforcement actions, handling cost-recovery actions, and negotiating environmental remedies. Successful candidates will also have strong writing skills and brief-writing experience.

• Between 3 and 5 years of experience.
• Approximate salary range between $300,000 and $400,000.
