AM Law 100 Firm's Los Angeles office is seeking associates to join its corporate practice.

            Requirements

• Experience: Associates with three to six years of public company (’34 Act) and/or capital markets experience are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will have experience (i) representing public companies in with SEC (’34 Act) reporting, corporate governance matters, and exchange compliance; (ii) representing companies in capital markets transactions; and (iii) managing client relationships and handling the day-to-day demands and workflow requirements of public company clients with sophisticated needs. Ideal candidates will have worked in the corporate department of a national or international law firm and will have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school. EOE.
• 3 to 6 years of experience.
• The expected annual pay range for this position is $250,000 - $370,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
