Requirements

• Experience: Employment law compliance advice and counseling; litigation, specifically trade secrets and employee mobility, wrongful termination, employment discrimination and harassment and whistleblower; preparation and negotiation of employment agreements, separation agreements, and other employment and personnel-related contracts and policies; and conducting due diligence, and drafting and negotiating employment-related agreements and aspects of purchase and merger agreements in the context of corporate M&A transactions
• 3-4 years of experience
• The expected annual pay range for this position is $260,000 - $310,000
