AM Law 100 law firm is seeking to hire a Mid-Level Associate Attorney for its Debt Finance Practice in New York.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in private equity debt finance transactions. We will consider candidates with experience on the sponsor / borrower or lender side, even though our practice is borrower focused. The candidate should have the ability to manage complex transactions, as well as excellent credentials.
• Admitted to the New York Bar.
• Salary Expectations: $215,000 to $415,000 depending upon class year.
