Requirements

• Experience: The Baltimore office seeks an outstanding mid-level to senior Corporate/Capital Markets associate with a minimum of three years of experience with public company advisory work and capital markets offerings. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in the practical and strategic aspects of corporate work; excellent technical drafting skills; the ability to interact effectively with sophisticated client management teams; and interest in cutting edge, complex transactions. A strong desire and ability to integrate into a collegial team environment is critical.
• 3 years minimum
• Approximate Salary between $300,000 and $400,000.
