AM Law 100 Firm's New York office is seeking Associates to join its Debt Finance practice.

Requirements

• Experience: Ideal candidates will have extensive experience at a peer firm with (i) experience in secured transactions representing borrowers and/or lenders; (ii) a working knowledge of syndicated financing transactions, financing transactions for venture backed companies, structured finance, acquisition financing transactions and/or convertible or high yield bond offerings; (iii) experience in closing transactions and (iv) familiarity with drafting documents in connection with financial transactions. Knowledge of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, secured transactions, debt securities offerings, and general corporate law are also preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience is required.
• Salary range is: $250,000-$345,000.
