Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with equity capital markets such as underwritten offerings, registered directs and confidentially marketed public offerings; experience drafting registration statements and Exchange Act disclosures, such as 10-Ks and 10-Qs; and experience with M&A a plus, but not required
• Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you will be located
• The annualized salary range for this position is $365,000 to $435,000
