    AM Law 100 Firm's Washington, DC office is seeking Associates/Of Counsel to join its corporate practice.

    • Experience: Candidates must have significant experience advising on the technical aspects of corporate governance best practices, securities laws, stock exchange corporate governance standards, proxy advisory firm policies, bylaws, other governance policies and codes of conduct. Ideal Candidate will have 8 or more years of experience, including some law firm experience. They must also have strong writing and research skills and must be detail oriented. This position offers flexibility with no travel required.
    • The annual compensation rate for this position is between $450,000 and $485,000
