AM Law 100 Firm's San Francisco office is seeking associates to join its corporate practice.

         Requirements

• Experience: associates who have 3 to 5 years of finance experience at a comparable law firm are especially encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will have (i) experience in secured transactions representing borrowers and/or lenders; (ii) a working knowledge of syndicated financing transactions, financing transactions for venture backed companies, structured finance, acquisition financing transactions and/or convertible or high yield bond offerings; (iii) experience in closing transactions and (iv) familiarity with drafting documents in connection with financial transactions. Knowledge of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, secured transactions, debt securities offerings, and general corporate law are also preferred. All candidates must have a JD or the equivalent and have demonstrated high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school, have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and have a high level of attention to detail. • The expected annual pay range for this position is $250,000 - $345,000.
