Deka Lash, one of the fastest growing brands in the beauty business, is expanding on the North Shore of Chicago. We are seeking Lash Artists in four locations who are upbeat, friendly, personable and customer-focused to join us in our fun, fast-paced studios.

Job Requirements:

Must be a currently-licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the State of Illinois

Prior lashing experience is required. This is the perfect opportunity for solo lash artists to come back into an organization with staff, cameraderie and support.

Must be a leader, capable of motivating staff and handling client concerns.

Must be in the studio during specified hours, regardless of scheduled appointments.

Must maintain a professional appearance at all times, and wear a Deka Lash branded tee shirt with black pants and closed-toed, soft-soled shoes.

Must be willing to learn new techniques

Must be positive, proactive, and a team player.

Job Benefits:

Manager pay plus manager bonus based on studio results.

Guaranteed draw against commission at $15/hr plus tips (approx $8-10/hr)
