Mission

The mission of the Lash Artist is to provide Lash and Brow services to clients with constant enthusiasm and build their customer base by selling memberships and products to promote proper Lash care.

Outcomes

Become Deka Lash certified in all services within the first 3 months

Classic Certified within 4 weeks

Volume and TrueXpress Certified within 8 weeks

Lift, Tint, Brow Lamination certified within 6 weeks

Complete continuing education training session 1x every month

Convert 30% of all New Clients to members in first year

Within 6 months after certification, New clients should only be 15-20% of all services

Product sales as a % of services sales should be 6% every month (if your service sales are $100, you should sell $6 worth of product)

Utilization averages 80% monthly in the first year (of the time the Lash Artist is scheduled, how much of that time is spent servicing clients)
