Hello! We are looking for a dedicated DIRECT TO CONSUMER COORDINATOR to join the family! Del Real Foods is a traditional Mexican food manufacturer born out of a family farm. Today, Del Real Food makes tamales, carnitas, salsas, and other recipes inspired by the Cardenas' native Jalisco -- all created by hand with fresh ingredients and nothing artificial.

The Direct-to-consumer coordinator (DTC) is responsible for getting our delicious Mexican dished into the hands of consumers across the country. The DTC coordinator will download, pack and ship orders received form the direct-to-consumer portion of the website. It will be their responsibility to assure that consumer order ship out neatly, complete and on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Log in to Shopify portal and download orders for the day, and once shipped confirm order shipment on Shopify.
• Work independently to pick, pack and ship orders.
• Prepare orders in a timely basis
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisor
• Keep daily inventory of product and packing materials, submit request for more products as needed.

REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES:

• Must be able to work on warehouse floor 8 hours a day or more.
• Ability to become forklift certified
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, internet
• Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 30 lbs. unassisted
• Prepare orders in a timely basis

After completing an application, qualified candidates will be scheduled for a phone screen followed by an interview with the HR management team. Selected candidates will then be scheduled for an offer of employment and orientation!
