Position Title: Salesforce Solution Architect

Location: Remote

Delaney Advantage Technologies, an esteemed leader in providing technology solutions for federal sectors, is currently looking to enlist a Salesforce Architect to be a part of our expert team. In this role, the selected candidate will support our federal government contracts, employing their in-depth knowledge of Salesforce to design and implement bespoke solutions that meet the unique demands of federal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Federal Solutions Design & Architecture:

• Architect and design scalable Salesforce solutions catering to federal government requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with federal stakeholders, ensuring alignment of business needs with system functionalities.

2. Integration and Deployment:

• Spearheaded the technical aspect of Salesforce integrations, particularly those interfacing with existing federal systems.
• Address and provide solutions for technical challenges, while ensuring all implementations are in line with federal standards and regulations.

3. Government Compliance & Standards:

• Guarantee that Salesforce solutions are compliant with federal IT benchmarks, such as FISMA, FedRAMP, and related standards.
• Uphold and advocate for best coding and security practices pertinent to federal government contracts.

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Coordinate with internal teams, government representatives, and other Delaney technical professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Mentor and provide guidance to Salesforce developers and junior architects, emphasizing excellence and federal-specific best practices.

5. Continuous Learning & Adaptation:

• Please update yourself with the latest Salesforce releases, changes in federal IT protocols, and emerging technologies.
• Offer insights and suggestions on technological advancements beneficial to the federal government's evolving requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, with emphasis on projects in the government or public sector.
• Salesforce Architect certification(s).
• Expertise in Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning.
• Comprehensive understanding of federal IT guidelines, security standards, and other pertinent regulations.
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and sustain a federal security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous engagement in federal government contracts.
• Multiple Salesforce and federal IT certifications.
• Experience with other cloud platforms used in a federal context.

• Proficient communication skills, adept at liaising with government stakeholders.
• Ability to adeptly navigate the specific challenges inherent to federal IT undertakings.

Location: Washington, D.C., or remote options are available
