    THE MARKETING COORDINATOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPPORTING AND IMPLEMENTING DELAP'S MARKETING CAMPAIGNS AND INITIATIVES. THEY MUST BE COMFORTABLE MANAGING A VARIETY OF PROJECTS AT ONE TIME, HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS (WRITTEN AND VERBAL), BE COMFORTABLE USING AND LEARNING A VARIETY OF DIGITAL MARKETING PLATFORMS, HAVE STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, AND METICULOUS ATTENTION TO DETAIL. 

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

    • Develops and executes marketing campaigns that support company/niche strategies.
    • Designs/produces/writes marketing collateral and emails that align with branding guidelines.
    • Coordinates the editorial/content calendar with marketing team and internal departments.
    • Tracks and follows up on incoming requests, proposals and issues that require action.
    • Executes digital marketing content activities including social media, e-mail blasts and website posts as directed.
    • Prepares marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
    • Participates in marketing event promotion, planning, and execution.
    • Provides support and assistance to the Marketing Manager with the tactical execution of corporate and brand marketing plans, strategies, and programs.
    • Implements various projects within designated timelines using marketing resources available that include online marketing, content marketing, partnerships, promotions and traditional outbound messages.
    • Manages promotional item inventory and order process.
    • Maintains ongoing day-to-day, weekly and monthly marketing operations including webinars, presentations, email newsletters, blog editing and publishing, social media, website updates, form submissions, working documents in Google, various budgets, internal sales reporting databases, etc.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY - This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
    • The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
    • This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 40 pounds.

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, scanners, and fax machines.

    POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing or other degree with relevant work experience.

    • 2-4 years working in a marketing role with digital marketing duties.

    • Excellent knowledge of Hubspot or similar marketing automation system.

    • CMS experience.

    • Proficient in Adobe InDesign and other Adobe products.

    • Computer literate and proficient using Microsoft Suite.

    • Experience in customer service, and in a fast-paced environment.

    • Ability to work as part of a team

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

    • Working knowledge of HTML
    • Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics
