As a Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist, you will play a key role in achieving conversion productivity targets and enhancing product quality and efficiency. Reporting to the Production Manager, your responsibilities encompass:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritizing safety in all activities and ensuring a secure working environment.
• Executing lean manufacturing projects and providing employee training.
• Identifying process gaps and implementing new programs.
• Challenging the status quo and promoting best practices.
• Applying technical skills for improvement.
• Documenting progress and sharing learnings for best practice replication.
• Committing to continuous learning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Managing the ISO 9001 process.

Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving.
• Strong quality control and reliability knowledge.
• Familiarity with safety and environmental requirements.
• Skilled in data analysis and quantitative methods.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of manufacturing and process expertise.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in change management within a manufacturing environment.

Note: This role may involve limited domestic and international travel.
