Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality deli products, including meats, cheeses, and prepared foods.

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their orders and answering questions.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Slice, package, and label deli items accurately and efficiently.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for customers.

Handle cash and process transactions accurately at the register.

Stay informed about promotions and product offerings to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a deli or food service environment is a plus.

Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
