Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Inspire: Manage, train, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth store operations.
Oversee Store Operations: From opening and closing procedures to financial management, you’ll ensure every aspect of the store and deli is well-organized and efficient.
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, resolve any issues, and create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.
Manage Inventory: Order and stock groceries, deli products, and liquor, ensuring the store is always fully stocked with fresh, high-quality products.
Deli Management: Supervise food preparation, ensure food safety standards are met, and oversee the presentation of deli items.
Budget and Reporting: Monitor sales, control costs, and prepare regular financial reports to ensure the store meets its goals.
Store Appearance: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store layout that enhances the customer shopping experience.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all food safety, liquor license, and health and safety regulations.
Who You Are:
Experienced Leader: You have prior management experience, preferably in retail, grocery, or food service. You know how to build, lead, and inspire a team.
Customer-Focused: You love working with people and are passionate about delivering excellent service to everyone who walks through the door.
Organized & Efficient: Managing inventory, handling budgets, and ensuring smooth daily operations are second nature to you.
Community-Oriented: You value building relationships with customers and being part of a business that serves its neighborhood.
Problem Solver: You’re proactive in resolving customer concerns and operational challenges.
