Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deli Manager to join the team at our successful store. As a Deli Manager, you will be responsible for operating the deli department to the high standards set forth by the company. You will lead, develop, and coach your team to drive sales, control shrink, and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, & coach your team

Order inventory and maintain appropriate levels of stock

Follow high standards of sanitation and quality control

Assist in developing new programs

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age

High school diploma/GED required

Experience using cutting equipment, power equipment, and hand tools a plus

Ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift 30lbs
