Driven by experienced minds behind not only distribution but importing as well, we take pride in distributing some of the finest wine, spirits and craft beer to our ever-growing Tennessee marketplace. We are seeking a dynamic sales representative for entry level position in the Chattanooga area with some knowledge of industry to join our growing team who is willing to learn, motivated, able to work independently and is eager to grow.

    Position Summary:

    Liquor, wine, and beer sales representative to service liquor stores and independent broad-market retailers. Responsibilities include servicing stores and ensuring Delirium products remain fully stocked, well-marketed & merchandised. Selling products and expanding the distribution of our brands in restaurants, bars, and retailers, as well as maintaining and building existing relationships with customers and key accounts is our number 1 priority.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Develop, maintain and grow the sales of the company in the assigned territory

    • Conduct regular sales calls to assigned accounts to develop and maintain customer relations and satisfaction with service provided

    • Call on all accounts on a systematic basis as directed by Sales Manager

    • Work in the market to build strong relationships with off and on premise key accounts

    • Establish new accounts for product placement

    • Keep all customers updated on current sales trends, promotions/deals/programs and special pricing

    • Participate in supplier market visits, ride alongs with management and product suppliers

    • Conduct in-store demonstrations

    • Maintain customer satisfaction by assisting with pricing issues, inventory problems and report sales opportunities to Sales Manager

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Must be at least 21 years of age

    • Two years sales experience, preferably within the wine, beer and spirits distribution industry

    • Wine, and craft beer knowledge and experience is a plus

    • Professional with a positive attitude, great organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a highly competitive environment

    • Ability to establish working relationships with accounts in the territory as well as the determination to aggressively grow and expand territory

    • Self-Motivated & goal orientated with proven track record of achieving sales goals, distribution objectives and creating positive relationships

    • Possess a cell phone, dependable vehicle, valid driver license, proof of state registration and insurance and an acceptable driving record

    • Must be open to working occasional holiday and weekend hours

    • Ability to lift, push and pull approx. 50lbs on a regular basis

    • Must be computer literate with the ability to operate Microsoft Office

    This position is salary + commission
