Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Possess a valid Arizona driver’s license
- Proficient in English sufficient to meet US DOT standard of ability to read road signs
- Pass a strict and CLEAN 7-year Criminal background
- 3-year Driving background
- Pre-employment drug screen
- Must be 21 years or older
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- Available to work anytime INCLUDING Weekends (we are open 7 days a week)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Always holds high ethical standards
- Proven track record of reliability
- Prior professional driving experience
- Excellent attention to detail with skill set to problem solve independently
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work in a self-directed environment with an upbeat attitude
- Ability to work with a team in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
Job Requirements:
- Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, and crouch during shifts up to 10 hours long
- Ability to operate and navigate a van up to GVWR 10,000 lbs.
- Ability to effectively operate a GPS
- Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each
- Capable of moving up and down stairs
- Possess a valid Arizona driver’s license
