At Spark in Motion Delivery , we don’t just deliver packages — we deliver experiences.

As a Delivery Associate, you are the CEO of your route , responsible for delivering packages safely, efficiently, and with a positive attitude. This role requires reliability, strong time management, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

You will operate a company-provided vehicle, deliver packages to residential and commercial locations, and use a handheld device for routing and tracking. This position involves working independently while maintaining communication with your team, lifting packages up to 50 lbs, and working in various weather conditions.

We are looking for individuals who take ownership of their work, show up with purpose, and are ready to be part of a high-performing team from the ground up.

Some people deliver boxes. We deliver moments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to lift, push, and carry packages up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Ability to operate a smartphone and delivery applications
