    Compensation: $21.50/hour; paid bi-weekly

    Shift Time(s): 9 AM - 7 PM

    This is a Part-Time Driver position with MO Routes LLC delivering packages for MO Routes!

    • Military veterans are welcome!
    • Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory
    • As we grow, supervisory roles will be available

    • 10-hour shifts are typical
    • 3-day workweek Less than 40 hours is typical
    • Schedule for FT Team Members is a rotation where team members should not work more than 3 consecutive days, allowing for more personal time; every other weekend should be off

    • A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

    As a Delivery Driver at MO Routes, you will play a crucial role in ensuring orders are delivered promptly and accurately within the community! You will start and end your day at Amazon Warehouse: HCH5

    Key Delivery Driver Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Successfully handle packages weighing 70 pounds, deliver and collect return packages on time
    • Safely drive and perform safety inspections on the Company vehicle
    • Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
    • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions
    • Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs. frequently; maneuver packages weighing up to 70 lbs., using material handling equipment, or up to 300 pounds as part of a delivery team; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
    • Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
    • Must complete all assigned Rescues
    • Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
    • Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
    • Load and unload delivery vehicles with packages to be delivered
    • Drive safely, following GPS-coordinated route, following all traffic laws
    • Deliver products to customers in a professional and courteous manner
    • Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
    • Report any issues or problems to management immediately
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Must be at least 21 years old
    • Must have an excellent driving record with two or more years of professional driving experience
    • Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States
    • Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
    • Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
    • Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills

    Additional Information

    HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 1-2 WEEKS to COMPLETE. It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver’s license.
