Job Description

The Delivery Driver position at our Phoenix location (8363 W Van Buren St, Tolleson, AZ 85353, USA) requires a professional individual committed to reliable service delivery and operational excellence. This role is essential to our business operations and customer satisfaction standards.

• Execute safe and timely delivery of food orders to customers' residences and commercial establishments
• Verify order accuracy and process customer payments, maintaining precise cash transaction records
• Contribute to food preparation operations, including pizza production and other menu items as assigned
• Maintain rigorous cleanliness standards for the restaurant facility and delivery vehicle
• Deliver professional customer service, addressing inquiries and accommodating special requests in accordance with company standards
• Optimize delivery routes using knowledge of local road networks to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Comply with all traffic regulations and company safety protocols without exception
• Execute restaurant support duties as required, including cleaning, restocking, and inventory management
• Coordinate effectively with team members to sustain operational continuity during peak service periods
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with company standards at all times

Qualifications

• Must be {18} years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record meeting company standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle for delivery use
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Proficiency in handling cash transactions and basic math skills
• Knowledge of local area and traffic patterns in Phoenix
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and Holidays
• Physical ability to lift to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Food handling experience or certification is a plus, but not required
