    Job Description

    CAX Operations LLC is hiring Delivery Drivers in Toledo, Ohio. As a Delivery Driver , you will operate a company-provided delivery van and complete daily delivery routes.

    Our drivers dispatch from DCL5 at 2040 S Reynolds Rd in Toledo and deliver packages to homes and businesses throughout Toledo and surrounding communities , sometimes traveling up to an hour from the delivery station depending on the assigned route.

    This is a physically demanding and fast-paced role. Drivers should expect to get in and out of the delivery vehicle approximately 100 to 200 times per shift while completing deliveries.

    Drivers will also handle packages that may weigh up to 50 pounds and must be comfortable working outdoors in various and sometimes adverse weather conditions.

    This position requires punctuality, reliability, and the ability to complete routes safely and efficiently each day.

    _ No Delivery Driver Experience Required_

    Previous Delivery Driver experience is not required. Paid training is provided for all new drivers. Applicants with experience in warehouse work, construction, landscaping, retail, driving, or customer service are encouraged to apply.

    _ Delivery Driver Responsibilities_

    • Safely operate a company-provided delivery van

    • Complete daily delivery routes in Toledo and surrounding areas

    • Deliver packages to homes and businesses

    • Use a handheld device for navigation and delivery confirmation

    • Load and organize packages before beginning your route

    • Enter and exit the delivery vehicle frequently throughout the shift (100–200 stops per day)

    • Lift and deliver packages weighing up to 50 pounds

    • Work safely in various and sometimes adverse weather conditions

    • Follow company safety and driving procedures

    • Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude

    ** Schedule**

    • 10-hour shifts

    • Weekend availability required (Saturday or Sunday)

    • Hiring for multiple shifts

    ** Weekly Pay**

    • $20.5+/hour

    • Must be 21 years or older

    • Valid driver’s license

    • Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs

    • Ability to remain physically active throughout the shift, including frequently entering and exiting the vehicle 100-200+ times daily

    • Ability to work outdoors in various and sometimes adverse weather conditions M​​​​​​

    • Must work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)

    Paid training is provided for all new Delivery Drivers.
