Minuteman Press is seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering print orders to current customers and distributing welcome packages to potential clients. As the face of our company during deliveries, the ideal candidate must be well-dressed, well-groomed, and well-spoken, consistently representing our brand with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver completed orders to existing customers in a timely and friendly manner

Drop off welcome packets to potential customers and leave a positive impression

Ensure all deliveries are accurate and complete

Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and follow all driving safety regulations

Communicate effectively with the team regarding delivery routes and customer feedback

Assist with light in-shop tasks when not on delivery (optional, based on workload)

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Excellent appearance and communication skills

Strong knowledge of local Norfolk/Newport News area (preferred)

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed

Customer service experience is a plus
