Your Role as a Taziki's Delivery Driver:

We are looking for a delivery driver to assist with catering orders. These orders will generally be from 10 - 100 people

Hours are irregular - we will notify you in advance, but no later than the day before, if work is available

Most often the hours will be roughly 10:00 AM ~ noon on weekdays, but sometimes will have openings on weekends or evenings

High $ hourly rate + short shifts

Drivers are responsible for setting up our orders in the dining areas or break rooms according to Taziki's standards - delivery & setup usually takes between 5 and 25 minutes depending on the location/size of the order

Must provide transportation although company vehicle is available sometimes

Ideal for students or people with open schedules looking to work short periods

Training with experienced Taziki's professionals - we'll make sure you know the ropes before going solo

Pay:

Base pay for the position is $15.00 per hour

Plus $20 per delivery

Plus a share of the tip pool (typically $5.00 - $7.00 per hour in addition to hourly rate). Tips are divided among all hourly employees who work that day - most catering orders don't have a tip but delivery drivers are part of the in-store tip pool for the day

Employee discount is 50% (not applicable on family meals or catering orders)

All Employees Must: • Understand and abide by all company standards and policies (provided in your handbook) • Have reliable transportation and device with map/GPS capabilities

Your Working Conditions / Hours: Hours will vary, but will usually fall from 10 AM - Noon on weekdays. Evening and weekend work available but irregular.

Your Physical Requirements: (With or without a reasonable accommodation) • Walking/standing for extended periods • Lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds
